There are several reasons why products can be returned. You must bear in mind that there are certain CONDITIONS that should be complied with or taken into account depending on the type of return.
Once you have received the order and if you are not satisfied with it, you can return it by applying the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days* from the dateof delivery in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 TRLGDCU.
The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by yourself, other than the courier, acquires material possession of the product.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Sklum provides the consumer with a withdrawal form which can be found in their personal customer's user accoun.
* The withdrawal period is extended until 31/01/2025 for orders placed on or after 28/10/2024.
In such cases, Sklum shall promptly communicate the acknowledgement of receipt of said withdrawal to the consumer on a durable medium. The responsibilityof proof of the application of the right of withdrawal of purchase shall be carried out by the consumer.
IMPORTANT:
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered. It is not necessary to return it in its original packaging. However, it must be diligently packed in such a way that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
It must also be in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, smelly, mistreated or damaged.
Sklum shall reimburse any payment received from the consumer including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it has been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
However, according to article 107.3 of the TRLGDCU, Sklum may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been returned, or until the consumer and user has provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. The refund shall be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any charges as a result of the refund.
However, if the consumer and user has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, we shall not be obliged to reimburse any additional costs arising therefrom.
The consumer shall return the products to Sklum , without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer communicates his/her decision to withdraw from thesales contract to the supplier.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the consumer and user returns the goods before the end of the 14 calendar day period.
The consumer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

In the event of obvious transport damage to the delivered goods, you must immediately notify the courier and Sklum. The notification has no effect on your warranty claims, but makes it easier for Sklum to assert its own claims against the supplier.

When it has been detected that a product has NOT been received in the shipment, the product differs from what was ordered or does not comply with the requested characteristics that appear on the website, the customer must notify Sklum of the incident.
In the event that the product sent does not correspond to the one ordered by the customer, Sklum will be responsible for the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the correct one. You will need to complete the following steps below:
